Monthly Subscription & Cancel-Anytime Policy

Services are provided via a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no long-term contracts, cancellation fees, or penalties. Upon cancellation, your recurring billing will cease immediately, and no further monthly fees will be charged.

Statutory 3-Day Right to Cancel

In accordance with federal regulations under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your service agreement without any penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date your initial contract is signed.

120-Day Service Satisfaction Guarantee

While credit restoration results depend on independent credit bureau decisions and legally cannot be guaranteed to achieve a specific numerical score or outcome, we hold our service delivery to the highest standard.

If you participate actively in the program for 120 consecutive days and Leverage Your Lessons fails to process your scheduled disputes, conduct your monthly file reviews, or provide access to your educational portals, you may submit a request for a refund of monthly subscription fees paid during those initial 120 days.

Client Responsibilities for Refund Eligibility:

Maintain continuous enrollment and active credit monitoring service for the entire 120-day evaluation period.

Submit required identity verification documents and forward all credit bureau correspondence promptly.

Avoid incurring new delinquent trade lines, late payments, hard inquiries, or negative balances during enrollment.

Keep monthly subscription accounts current and in good standing throughout the 120 days.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method, up to a maximum of the first 120 days of paid monthly subscription fees.
